By using the Aklee website, you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal, order confirmation, or service agreement applies to a paid engagement, that document controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
2. Website and Offerings
The website presents Aklee’s software and research work, advisory and engineering services, infrastructure capabilities, training programmes, and published insights. Descriptions are informational. Availability, scope, timing, and pricing are confirmed separately in writing.
3. Acceptable Use and Restricted Access
Do not misuse the site, disrupt its operation, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, submit unlawful content, or use automated requests that burden the service. Administrative access is limited to authorised personnel, and public account registration is not available.
4. Offers, Fees, and Payments
This website does not currently accept card details or payments. A listing, course page, or enquiry does not by itself create a purchase or paid enrolment. Any fees, taxes, payment schedule, cancellation terms, delivery terms, and refunds are set out in the written document for the relevant engagement.
5. Optional AI Assistant
The site assistant generates responses using a third-party AI service. Its answers may be incomplete or incorrect and are provided for general information only. They are not a binding offer or professional advice. Do not submit confidential, personal, or sensitive information to the assistant.
6. Intellectual Property
Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may belong to Aklee or another identified rights holder. You may view it for personal or internal informational use. Reproduction, distribution, or modification requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless the law allows it.
7. Availability and Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aklee is not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on the website.
